Here’s what to expect during your appointment.

Schedule a free energy assessment through our Multifamily Program, and we will:

  • Conduct a thorough on-site or virtual assessment of your property.*
  • Review your energy consumption and energy bill.
  • Provide insights, tips, and a customized energy efficiency plan tailored to meet your property’s energy needs.

* Property managers, owners, and landlords will be expected to give residents adequate notice of the date and time of the property assessment.

Project plans are dependent on many factors, including (but not limited to) ownership structure; building size and number of units; if the facility is being served by a central plant; if there are individual heating and cooling units; if there are building envelope/weatherization opportunities; and the application review process.
